Popsi: Fun Learning for Kids
What age is Popsi designed for?
Popsi is designed for children ages 3–5. All games feature voice guidance so that children who cannot read can play independently.
What languages does Popsi support?
Popsi supports Norwegian, English, Spanish, French, and German. You can change the language at any time from the splash screen or in the settings.
Does Popsi require an internet connection?
No. Popsi works fully offline. An internet connection is only needed for purchasing or restoring subscriptions.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad, tap your name at the top, then tap "Subscriptions". Find Popsi and tap "Cancel Subscription". Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
How do I restore my purchase on a new device?
Open Popsi, go to Settings (behind the parental gate), and tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
How do I set screen time limits?
Open the parental settings (tap the gear icon on the home screen and solve the parental gate). You can set daily time limits from 15 to 90 minutes.
How do I reset my child's progress?
In the parental settings, scroll to the bottom and tap "Reset Progress". This will clear all stars, coins, achievements, and unlocked content.
Is my child's data safe?
Absolutely. Popsi does not collect any personal data. All game progress is stored locally on your device and never transmitted anywhere. See our Privacy Policy for details.
