By downloading, installing, or using the Popsi app ("the app", "Popsi"), you ("the user", "parent", "guardian") agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. As Popsi is designed for children ages 3–5, a parent or legal guardian must accept these terms on behalf of the child.
Popsi is an educational app for young children featuring interactive learning games covering colors, counting, letters, shapes, memory, patterns, sorting, math, tracing, emotions, mazes, and more. The app includes a free tier with access to selected games and a premium subscription that unlocks all content.
Popsi offers the following auto-renewable subscription options:
Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
Free Trial: If offered, the free trial period will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited upon purchase.
Managing Subscriptions: You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings. Go to Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions on your iOS device.
Refunds: Refund requests must be directed to Apple, as all transactions are processed through the App Store.
You agree to use Popsi only for its intended educational purpose. You may not:
All content in the Popsi app, including but not limited to graphics, animations, sounds, music, game designs, and the Popsi character, is the intellectual property of Popsi App and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Some background music tracks are used under Creative Commons licenses (CC0, CC-BY, CC-BY-SA); original creators are credited within the app.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle information (we do not collect any personal data).
Popsi is designed as a safe environment for young children:
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. Educational content is designed for entertainment and early learning support and is not a substitute for professional education or therapy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Popsi App shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
