Cleara AI

Are my photos uploaded anywhere?

No. Cleara AI works entirely on your iPhone. Your photos and videos never leave your device, and there is no server or account involved.

If I delete a photo, is it gone forever?

Not immediately. Deleted items move to the iOS Recently Deleted album and stay recoverable there for about 30 days before iOS removes them permanently. Cleara AI also keeps a 30-day log of what you cleaned inside the app.

How does the "best photo" picker work?

For each group of similar shots, Cleara AI scores every photo on sharpness, faces, exposure, and resolution — all on-device — and suggests the strongest one as the keeper.

What do I get with Cleara AI Pro?

Pro unlocks one-tap Smart Clean, AI auto-select, and weekly automatic scanning. The free version lets you scan without limits, browse every category, and delete items individually.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the iOS Settings app → tap your name → Subscriptions → Cleara AI → Cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge.

How do refunds work?

All purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
